On November 7, the "JDEnergy Exclusive Sharing Session on Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage (Hefei Station)", hosted by JDEnergy and co-organized by Photovoltaic Industry Network and Energy Storage Industry Network, concluded successfully in Hefei, Anhui Province. Bai Yi, General Manager of the Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Division of JDEnergy, stated in his speech that with the advancement of the global "dual carbon" strategy, energy storage, as the core support for addressing the volatility of wind and solar energy, is becoming a key pillar of building a new power system. Commercial and industrial energy storage, which enables local balance of load on the user side, is regarded as the core path for power system restructuring and will give birth to a trillion-level market opportunity. Afterwards, Dr. Zhang Xiang, Deputy Director of the Smart Energy and Data Center of Anhui Energy Research Institute, shared the current status and trends of the solar-storage market in Anhui Province. He pointed out that in terms of development, the installed capacity of renewable energy in China continues to grow. Since the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the newly added wind and solar installed capacity in Anhui has accounted for more than 90%, and new energy storage has expanded rapidly.
 
In terms of policies, the state has intensively introduced new energy policies in 2025. Anhui has refined the management of distributed photovoltaics, emphasized the coordination of solar and storage, and launched a special action plan for energy storage to promote the large-scale development of energy storage through subsidies and market mechanisms.
 
This not only means that new energy will shift to high-quality market-oriented development in the future, but also that the role of energy storage will shift from mandatory allocation to value orientation, and application scenarios will continue to expand. According to the sharing, the four-dimensional technology system of DC, AC, grid and intelligence is as follows: on the DC side, it realizes PACK-level fire protection, cell-level AI health management and dynamic thermal management; on the AC side, it adopts cluster-level collaborative control algorithm, single-machine in-depth detection and fault isolation; on the grid side, it innovates the 3S control-protection integration architecture and string-type grid-forming technology to support millisecond-level peak shaving and frequency regulation response; in terms of intelligence, it realizes AI cloud collaboration and AI operation gains based on the eMind platform.
