On April 11, the 12th Energy Storage International Conference and Expo (ESIE 2024) grandly kicked off at the Beijing Shougang Exhibition & Convention Center. On the first day of the exhibition, JDEnergy 2024 New Product Launch Conference was solemnly held, where a series of new products – eStation-HV35-5160 and eBlock-836 – were globally unveiled. At 10:00 a.m. on April 11, JDEnergy 2024 New Product Launch Conference officially opened at Booth E615, Hall 6. More than 300 offline guests and over 10,000 online participants witnessed this important milestone. 01 Game-Changer for Centralized Energy Storage

— Converter & Booster Integrated Unit

Targeting traditional container solutions, JDEnergy first launched the eStation-HV35-5160 converter & booster integrated unit. It is fully compatible with battery compartments of energy storage containers, realizes millisecond-level response via self-developed coordinated control platform, and supports various grid stability strategies. (1) Refined Management – One cluster, one independent management. Charge and discharge of each battery cluster are decoupled; the impact of faults is reduced to 1/24 of the original level, and overall system utilization is improved. (2) Higher Energy Throughput – Zero parallel capacity attenuation rate over full lifecycle; depth of discharge increased to 100%. (3) Grid-Friendly – Complies with all grid-connected test requirements, supports weak grid access and grid-forming operation. (4) High-Efficiency Design – Maximum efficiency of conversion and boosting reaches 98.1%. (5) Optimized Thermal Management – Adopts intelligent air duct design to effectively lower PCS operating temperature and extend service life of power devices. (6) Productized Integration – Highly integrates power conversion, bus collection, voltage boosting, coordinated control, panoramic monitoring, communication dispatching, data analysis and active safety functions. (7) Superior Compatibility – Suitable for more than 90% of battery containers in the industry; compatible with multiple mainstream cell models; applicable to generation-side, grid-side, user-side and other scenarios; adapts to peak regulation, frequency regulation, load shifting, demand charge management and diverse operating conditions.

 

02 Long-Duration Energy Storage Product

Based on grid-forming technology, JDEnergy fully upgraded cells, BMS, PCS and fire protection systems, integrated PV modules on the top, and launched the new-generation long-duration energy storage product eBlock-836, a 4-hour system. While comprehensively lifting system efficiency and economic returns, it meets grid-forming requirements and effectively supports the low-carbon transition of power systems. (1) Long-Cycle Cells – Adopts high-quality LFP cells with high cycle counts; the cycle life exceeds 10,000 times within 15 years. (2) Grid-Forming String PCS – Enables refined management for single battery clusters, delivers excellent grid-connected performance and wide applicability. (3) Integrated PV – 600W PV modules can be mounted on the top to effectively cut auxiliary power consumption of energy storage stations. (4) Active Safety System – Zoned safety isolation with 3-hour cabinet protection; PACK-level fire protection and cabinet-level water immersion fire suppression to ensure controllable system safety. (5) Advanced Thermal Management – Equipped with high-efficiency liquid cooling system, temperature difference controlled below 2.5 ℃.

 

PART.02 Starry Sky Plan, Illuminating the Future

 
JDEnergy keeps moving forward, guided by the Starry Sky Plan. At the new product launch, Ma Jinpeng, Marketing General Manager of JDEnergy, offered a brand-new interpretation of the Starry Sky Plan: Business models for industrial and commercial energy storage have become clear, mainly including time-of-use energy arbitrage, demand charge management, solar-storage integration and virtual power plants. Meanwhile, energy storage subsidy policies have been successively issued nationwide, fueling the rapid development of industrial and commercial energy storage. The longest-running project has been in service for more than 1,435 days. The largest single industrial and commercial project reaches 226 MWh, with over 1.2 million cells under management. Zero safety accidents have occurred across all industrial and commercial power stations. Big data analysis shows that the actual revenue of JDEnergy’s commissioned industrial and commercial energy storage stations generally meets expectations and satisfies the return requirements of investors. In addition, JDEnergy provides full-lifecycle, customized and thoughtful services for ecological partners: the lead time from contract signing to product delivery is controlled within 15 days, and the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) is no more than 24 hours. Furthermore, JDEnergy can provide customers with free comprehensive commercial liability insurance to guard against risks and guarantee investor returns throughout the full lifecycle.
 
 
Supported by solid data and abundant practical cases, the Starry Sky Plan won unanimous recognition from all partners. On the day of the new product launch, Taizhou Liyu Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Hengyun Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Bolang New Energy formally signed strategic cooperation agreements with JDEnergy, jointly exploring the vast trillion-dollar energy storage blue ocean!
