24 Projects in 3 Years! Why JDEnergy Remains Customers’ Constant Choice

2026-06-23
Inside the production workshop of Ningbo Saina Electric Heating Appliance Co., Ltd., welding furnaces operate nonstop 24 hours a day. As a supplier of electric heating components for renowned brands including Fotile, Philips and Supor, any unexpected power outage may lead to massive waste of raw materials, defective finished products and heavy energy consumption losses.

“Power outages are our worst nightmare,” the company’s person in charge stated bluntly. This manufacturing enterprise, with an annual power consumption of 12 million kWh and an annual output value of 250 million yuan, has long been plagued by worries over power supply reliability.
Yet everything took a fundamental turn for the better starting from February 2025, thanks to an energy storage solution provided by JDEnergy.

01. Non-stop Production Workshop Gets an Uninterrupted Power Solution

For high-energy-consuming manufacturers, production lines hang by a thread amid uncertainties such as transformer overload, grid fluctuations and sudden power rationing. To resolve such power supply anxieties, Guanglong Energy joined hands with JDEnergy to custom-design an energy utilization optimization plan for Ningbo Saina, officially putting energy storage on the company’s development agenda.

Ningbo Saina 0.69MW/1.38MWh Energy Storage Project
In February 2025, the 0.69MW/1.38MWh energy storage project of Ningbo Saina was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation. Adopting JDEnergy’s distributed modular energy storage system solution, the project deployed a total of 6 eBlock-230 energy storage cabinets. The system delivers millisecond-level power support instantly when transformers bear excessive loads to prevent tripping and power cuts. Moreover, it safeguards uninterrupted production via solar-storage synergy and intelligent dispatching.

02. More Than Stable Power Supply: Annual Electricity Bill Cut by 300,000 Yuan

Since its commissioning, the project has run safely for over 480 consecutive days, with a cumulative charging volume of 1.27GWh and cumulative discharging volume of 1.12GWh. The system efficiency has consistently stayed above 88%. Boasting outstanding performance marked by high efficiency, stable operation and low failure rates, the project has won full recognition from the owner Ningbo Saina.
“By charging during off-peak tariff periods and discharging at peak hours, plus efficient consumption of photovoltaic power, we manage to slash power costs by 250,000 to 300,000 yuan every year,” said the enterprise’s person in charge. This impressive outcome embodies multiple values of the energy storage system:
  • Peak-valley arbitrage: Charge during low-tariff off-peak hours and discharge at high-tariff peak hours to directly cut power expenses.
  • PV power efficiency improvement: Store surplus photovoltaic power generated at noon and release it during consumption peaks to drastically raise the self-consumption ratio of green power.
  • Demand control: Smooth the enterprise’s power load curve, lower the maximum power demand and reduce basic electricity charges.

03. 24 Projects Over Three Years: An Ever-expanding Map of Trust

Zhejiang Guanglong Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
The Ningbo Saina project is far from an isolated case, merely a microcosm of the partnership between Guanglong Energy and JDEnergy. Officially named Zhejiang Guanglong Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a NEEQ-listed enterprise, Guanglong Energy was founded in 2010 and has long focused on distributed photovoltaics, operating nearly 300 photovoltaic power stations nationwide.

In 2023, Guanglong Energy stepped into energy storage, solar-storage-charging integrated sectors and established formal cooperation with JDEnergy as its core partner. Over the three years of collaboration, the two sides have delivered 24 energy storage projects across China, maintaining an average system efficiency of 87% to 88%.

A string of projects including the energy storage project of Zhejiang Zhongli Glass, Haining Bangde New Materials in Zhejiang and Chenhong Textiles in Zhejiang vary in scale and application scenarios, yet all feature high reliability and strong economic returns. Sustained repeat cooperation fully affirms JDEnergy’s stable product performance, credible technology and wide adaptability to diverse industrial scenarios. The map of trust between the two parties will keep expanding in the future.

Amid China’s manufacturing industry’s green transition, stable power supply and refined energy management are no longer merely cost-control levers, but core competitiveness determining production capacity, order fulfillment and long-term corporate sustainability. The serial cooperation cases between Guanglong Energy and JDEnergy prove that energy storage safeguards not only electricity supply, but also continuous production and predictable growth for manufacturing enterprises.

From the first project to the 24th, JDEnergy demonstrates the demeanor of a leading industrial and commercial energy storage provider through consistent stable operational data, recurring customer trust and expanding application scenarios. This continuously stretching map of trust also clearly outlines a new energy landscape for China’s manufacturing sector advancing toward a zero-carbon future.
