Another International Accreditation Achieved! JD Energy Shines at TÜV Rheinland West China Forum
On June 6, the 2025 TÜV Rheinland New Energy Power Electronics West China Forum grandly opened in Xi’an. At this event focusing on the research and application of new energy power electronics technologies, JD Energy made a wonderful appearance and obtained another international authoritative certification, fully demonstrating its global competitiveness.
Zhang Yi, General Manager of R&D Center at JD Energy, was invited to deliver a keynote speech, systematically analyzing the full-stack, multi-scenario energy storage system architecture of "DC · AC · Grid · Intelligence":
- "DC" – DC-side design, adopting accurate battery state assessment, multi-level risk early warning protection and control, high-efficiency thermal management technology, and active & passive cell balancing technology;
- "AC" – AC-side design, adopting string PCS, intelligent control of inverter clusters, cluster-level cooperative control algorithms, and in-depth single-unit detection and fault isolation;
- "Grid" – grid connection, adopting weak grid access, millisecond-level peak and frequency regulation response, grid-forming technology for thousands of string PCS, and adaptive power quality management;
- "Intelligence" – intelligent operation, realizing panoramic real-time monitoring of equipment status, closed-loop management of intelligent O&M faults, automated knowledge graph Q&A, and AI-driven optimal strategy control.This solution precisely solves the two major problems of scenario fragmentation and system compatibility difficulties, making it possible to "adapt energy storage to scenarios like a jigsaw puzzle, rather than forcing scenarios to compromise for energy storage".
During the forum, TÜV Rheinland Greater China, an international independent third-party testing, inspection and certification body, presented JD Energy with the certification certificate on site. Its flagship product eBlock-418A was awarded the German Medium-Voltage Grid Connection VDE 4110 Certification. Obtaining this international certification marks that its products meet the corresponding technical standard requirements in terms of safety, electromagnetic compatibility and grid-connected performance, providing strong support for the in-depth advancement of the globalization strategy.
In addition, Wan Yingfei, Manager of R&D and Testing Department at JD Energy, won the 2025 "Excellent Quality Professional" title for his outstanding contributions to the full-process quality control system of energy storage systems.
