Governance Structure
Our board of directors has established a Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, which is
responsible for coordinating the enterprise's long-term sustainable development strategy and ensuring the
full implementation of environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals. Through policy formulation,
supervision and implementation, performance evaluation and optimization and improvement, the committee
promotes the enhancement of the enterprise's sustainable development capabilities.
