Introduction
Jiuwei Blue Valley, Deyang's first headquarters-based economic hub, gathers high-tech enterprises in electronics, new energy, and biopharmaceuticals. As a cluster of energy-intensive industries, the park faces enormous annual electricity demand and two major challenges: high traditional energy costs due to peak-valley tariffs, and grid instability that affects precision manufacturing sensitive to voltage fluctuations. The energy storage power station allows the park’s power supply to flow independently of solar cycles, effectively resolving issues of voltage fluctuation and energy cost anxiety.
